The Office of Compensation and Benefits develops and administers a compensation system that allows the Chesterfield County Public School system to attract, motivate, and retain excellent employees at all levels of service. Chesterfield County Public Schools provides a variety of benefits to assist employees and their family members in living more healthy and productive lives.
