The mission of the Instructional Technology Department is to empower teachers to integrate technology, into all aspects of teaching and learning, through the delivery of quality instructional resources, exemplary training, and friendly customer service. The Chesterfield County Public Schools Internet Safety program began in elementary schools during the 2007-2008 school year and secondary schools in the school year 2008-2009.
