Chesterfield graduations scheduled June 6-11

About 4,500 Chesterfield students will receive their high school diplomas during graduation ceremonies June 6-11 at VCU’s Siegel Center, 1200 W. Broad St. This will be the last graduation for Midlothian High Principal Christine Wilson, who is retiring, and the first for two who are finishing their first year as high school principals — Pam Lumsden of Thomas Dale High and Laura Hebert of Bird High.

Tickets are required to attend graduation, but the ceremonies will be streamed live on the school system’s website at mychesterfieldschools.com/live-graduations and will be shown live on Comcast Channel 96. Also, each graduation will be re-broadcast exactly two weeks later on Comcast Channel 96 and on Verizon Fios Channel 26.

Here is the schedule of graduations:

  • Monacan High students will graduate at 10 a.m. June 6. The ceremony will replay at 10 a.m. June 20.
  • Clover Hill High students will graduate at 2:30 p.m. June 6. The ceremony will replay at 2:30 p.m. June 20.
  • Thomas Dale High students will graduate at 7 p.m. June 6. The ceremony will replay at 7 p.m. June 20.
  • Cosby High students will graduate at 10 a.m. June 7. The ceremony will replay at 10 a.m. June 21.
  • Midlothian High students will graduate at 2:30 p.m. June 7. The ceremony will replay at 2:30 p.m. June 21.
  • James River High students will graduate at 7 p.m. June 7. The ceremony will replay at 7 p.m. June 21.
  • Meadowbrook High students will graduate at 10 a.m. June 8. The ceremony will replay at 10 a.m. June 22.
  • Bird High students will graduate at 2:30 p.m. June 8. The ceremony will replay at 2:30 p.m. June 22.
  • Chesterfield Community High students will graduate at 7 p.m. June 8. The ceremony will replay at 7 p.m. June 22.
  • Matoaca High students will graduate at 10 a.m. June 11. The ceremony will replay at 10 a.m. June 25.
  • Manchester High students will graduate at 2:30 p.m. June 11. The ceremony will replay at 2:30 p.m. June 25.
