The position The Chesterfield County (Va.) School Board seeks an outstanding educational leader to serve as Superintendent of Chesterfield County Public Schools.

The successful candidate will be known for a commitment to collaboration with the School Board, staff and community. The successful candidate will be a visible and engaging presence throughout the schools and community, taking advantage of a positive working relationship between the School Board, Board of Supervisors and an engaged community.

Salary – The negotiated salary for the successful candidate will be regionally competitive. A compensation package for the successful candidate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
