Advisory committees established by the Chesterfield County School Board meet throughout the year to help Chesterfield County Public Schools in its work to provide high quality instructional opportunities in a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment. Below is the updated School Health Advisory Board meeting schedule for the rest of the 2017-18 school year:

The public is invited to attend this meeting to learn more about the supports in place to address concerning student behaviors, programs in place to identify and address mental health concerns and efforts to provide a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment in our schools.
The meeting is free to attend, but registration is encouraged. You can register here.
There will be a formal public comment session at the end of our meeting. Limited speaking spots are available; there are five opportunities to speak with three minutes allotted to each speaker. To sign up to speak during our public comment session at the SHAB meeting please email email@example.com by 2 p.m. on March 26. Please include your name and the topic you would like to share during the public comment presentation. Please also include that this public comment is for the School Health Advisory Board meeting.
There will also be a reserved time for a question-and-answer period, which will allow more time for conversation and questions in addition to the public comment.
