Hour of Code: During Library and Computer resource classes December 9th through the 13th, it is Hour of Code Week at Bon Air Elementary! We need parent volunteers to help out with this. Coding experience is not required at all! Click here to see your child’s resource class and sign up. Please consider signing up for more than one class. Computer Resource is in cottage 4 just outside the 4th Grade hallway. Thank you!
Inclusive Schools Week: It’s time to celebrate Inclusive Schools Week! This year’s theme is: Charting the Course for Inclusive Schools. Although we are inclusive all year long, we are excited to celebrate during the nationally recognized week in December. During the week of December 2nd, students will be celebrating inclusive ideas throughout the week in the classroom. Discussions in Morning Meeting, reading books that highlight ability awareness and students recognizing each other for being inclusive are just some of the activities students will be engaged in this week.
