Shayna White is simply sensational! She is humble and reflective and leads with a level of influence that is contagious. Shayna embodies the practices that help our school and our students to be better. She meets students where they are, fosters strong relationships with all of her class and is always flexible to ensure students receive what they need.
Ila Cartwright epitomizes effective leadership with grit and grace. She does much, much more than school counseling. Ila does it all! She is a leader and learner who supports students, staff and families. She’s been innovative and creative with coordinating our after-school program: Tiger Academy. She makes and sustains authentic connections with all, and she has a heart of gold. Ila does so much for so many, and she makes it look so easy. She spreads an “I can” spirit among others that is as infectious as her smile!
