Congratulations Melissa Miles, 2023 Teacher of the Year

Melissa Miles is an exceptional teacher with a heart of gold. She turns her classroom into a learning wonderland: from her engaging decor to the fun learning activities that she plans. She builds an amazing foundation for her students’ educational careers, and they truly learn what it is like to be a member of a classroom community. Melissa is also a ray of sunshine with our staff. She brings energy and enthusiasm to our house committee along with planning fun schoolwide events for kindergartners. We are so fortunate to have Melissa as a part of our Ecoff family.

Congratulations Ms. Manuel, 2022-23 Teacher of the Year

Bridget Manuel is a ray of sunshine in the lives of our children, families and staff. She truly nurtures each individual child and meets them where they are in their instruction and in their social and emotional learning. She loves them through everything. Bridget runs her classroom with a quiet confidence and builds strong relationships with students and families. While she handles every situation with an amazing calmness, she also brings so much energy to her class and our school by dancing in the hallways in the morning, going all out for spirit days and doing those extra little things to make everyone feel loved. We are so proud to have her represent Ecoff Elementary!
