Appointments are required.

Complete the on-line registration on oneccps.org website.  If your student has attended Evergreen for PK Speech, the Registrar will contact you.  After the on-line registration is completed, the Registrar will contact you to schedule an appointment.  

When you come to your scheduled appointment, please bring the Original Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency, Picture ID and the current physical and immunizations.
