Summer Play Camps for early childhood special education students

Chesterfield County Public Schools offers Summer Play Camps for early childhood special education students. The weeklong camps provide enrichment experiences and help students practice play and social skills. Families are asked to register here, then school staff members will be in touch to confirm which week their child will attend camp.

Engineering Week Challenge

Ettrick Elementary students accepted the Engineering Week challenge issued by Governor’s Academy for Engineering Studies Specialty Center at Bird High. During STEAM classes taught by Bonnie Dance, Ettrick students in grades PK-5 worked in teams to create the longest possible paper chain using just one piece of construction paper.
