Dr. Randi Smith

Dr. Smith has worked in the Chesterfield County Public School System for 17 years (3 years at Providence MS, 10 years in Central Office as the Secondary LA Specialist and 4 years at Grange Hall).

She has two boys; Jesse is 12 and Treigh is 18. Dr. Smith is a VCU graduate. She has graduated from VCU with her Undergraduate, Masters, Post-Masters, and Ph.D. Dr. Smith is also a Chesterfield County Public School graduate.

She loves being at Ettrick Elementary!

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Stacy Hamilton is native to Petersburg, Virginia. She attended Virginia State University for her Undergraduate degree. She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University in pursuit of a Master’s Degree. Mrs. Hamilton taught elementary school for ten years and then became a school counselor. She was the school counselor at Ettrick Elementary School for six years. She became Assistant Principal at Ettrick Elementary school in 2013.

Mrs. Hamilton enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family. She just shared her 25th wedding anniversary with her husband.

Mrs. Jennifer Bouchard grew up in East Providence, RI and moved to VA at the beginning of her high school career. She graduated from Prince George High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from VCU. She continued her education at Averett University where she earned a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and then earned a Post-Master’s in Educational Leadership at The George Washington University. Mrs. Bouchard taught elementary school in Hopewell for 16 years before becoming the Dean of Students here at Ettrick.

Mrs. Bouchard is a constant learner and always looking for new and innovative ways to inspire children. Outside of school she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and soon to be daughter that is on the way. She also enjoys reading, shopping, football and baseball.

Mrs. Bouchard is so appreciative of how welcoming the Ettrick Elementary students, staff and community has been.
