Administration
Welcome to Falling Creek Elementary, where education is a team effort which focuses on quality programs and excellent teaching. I have been involved in public education for many years. Several of my favorite years have been with Chesterfield County Public Schools. I continue to enjoy being the Instructional Leader at Falling Creek Elementary because of the great people and children I am able to interact with day to day.
I was born in Richmond, Virginia. I am a graduate of Morgan State University, Baltimore Maryland and hold a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am married and have one son.

Principal

I am so excited about being a Falling Creek Panther. There are a lot of awesome things going on at my new school home and I am thrilled to be a part of them. I cannot wait to get to know each of our talented students and all of our supportive families. It truly does take a village to raise a child and Falling Creek and it’s surrounding community is the village to be in. I take pride in the opportunity to be your assistant principal and enthusiastically jump into the mission of working with our professionals to guide our youth on the trail of becoming strong citizens of great character.  I have been an educator for 15 years working with students with various disabilities. Fourteen of those years have been spent in Chesterfield County. I attended Chesterfield County Public Schools from fifth grade until I graduated from Manchester High School. I am a graduate of Longwood University and received my Post-Masters in administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. I am married with one daughter and two dogs.

Mrs. Natasha Wade
Assistant Principal

I am so proud to be a member of the Falling Creek Panther family. It is truly my “home away from home” and I love seeing and interacting with all of our students and families each day. I have been an educator for over 7 years, and ALL of my time in teaching and administration has been at Falling Creek. I even completed my student teaching at the Creek! I have learned and grown so much during my time at FCES and I look forward to learning and growing more each day as your Dean of Students. I grew up in Chesterfield County and attended school in Chesterfield from Kindergarten at Reams Road Elementary all the way to graduation from Monacan High School. I am a graduate of the College of William and Mary (Go Tribe!) and received my Master’s Degree and Post-Master’s in administration from the University of Richmond. I am married with one son who keeps me very busy!
