Can’t connect to my.ccpsnet.net #
- Make sure you’re connected to the Internet.
- Type my.ccpsnet.net in the navigation pane – don’t use a short-cut.
- Clear your browser cache
- 1. Open your Chrome browser.
- 2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, hover over “More Tools” and then select “Clear browsing data”.
- 3. Select the time range – “all time” and click all the options for the type of files to be cleared.
- 4. Click “Clear data.”
Chrome browser will not support all Canvas functions #
To update to the latest Chrome OS version CCPS is supporting:
- Choose the 3 vertical dots located in the upper right hand corner
- Choose help
- Choose About Google Chrome
- Choose see if your Chrome OS is up to date or Chrome OS settings
- Choose check for updates – should be version 83
