Fixing Connection Issues

Can’t connect to my.ccpsnet.net #

  • Make sure you’re connected to the Internet.
  • Type my.ccpsnet.net in the navigation pane – don’t use a short-cut.
  • Clear your browser cache
    1. 1. Open your Chrome browser.
    2. 2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, hover over “More Tools” and then select “Clear browsing data”.
    3. 3. Select the time range – “all time” and click all the options for the type of files to be cleared.
    4. 4. Click “Clear data.”

Chrome browser will not support all Canvas functions #

To update to the latest Chrome OS version CCPS is supporting:

  1. Choose the 3 vertical dots located in the upper right hand corner
  2. Choose help
  3. Choose About Google Chrome
  4. Choose see if your Chrome OS is up to date or Chrome OS settings
  5. Choose check for updates – should be version 83
