Life-threatening allergies

Students with life-threatening food allergies should have a physician fill out the Food Allergy/Food Modification Medical Statement each school year. This form is available from the school nurse or at:

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and other items that obviously contain peanuts have been removed from school menus. Many cafeterias provide allergy-aware tables where students are not to have food that could cause an allergic reaction. Diet modifications can be made for students who are lactose intolerant or gluten intolerant or who have life-threatening food allergies.
