Opt-out form

If parents do not wish for their child to purchase meals in the cafeteria, an opt-out form  must be submitted annually. Parents can elect for their child not be allowed to purchase breakfast, lunch or both. Parents can also check that a meal cannot be charged to the child’s account, meaning a meal will not be provided if there are no funds to purchase the meal.
