Christina Serola- Principal

Hello, I am excited to be the principal at Harrowgate Elementary School and in our brand new building!. I love working with the Harrowgate students and families! I am originally from Miami, Florida and moved to Colorado after my family lost our house in Hurricane Andrew. I graduated from Regis University in Colorado Springs and received my masters from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I was fortunate enough to teach in the elementary setting for 8 years before starting my adventure in administration. I was able to  spend a year teaching in Genoa, Italy at an International Baccalaureate school, which was a once in a lifetime experience. I enjoy traveling, being with family and friends, and spending time with my rescue dog, Stella!

Sara Fletcher – Assistant Principal

Hello! My name is Sara Fletcher and I am the proud assistant principal of Harrowgate Elementary School! I love working alongside all the staff, students, and Harrowgate families each day! I earned my bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in Early Childhood Education and my master’s degree from Scranton University in Education Administration. I have had many different roles in education, including a kindergarten, second, and third grade teacher. I was also an instructional coach for 3 years, where I worked closely with teachers to enhance student learning and engagement. I love to be outside in nature, and in my spare time, you can find me on my bike, hiking, running, or enjoying the outdoors.

Brian P. Conlon – Dean of Students

I am delighted to be a part of Harrowgate Elementary School as your Dean of Students. My experience includes a variety of educational settings and disciplines – from elementary school administration, to middle school and high school science and special education, to coaching for middle school and high school boys and girls sports. I received a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Richmond and hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. My wife and I live in Chesterfield County and are proud parents of two sons, both of whom are students in Chesterfield County Public Schools. As both an educator and a parent, I am fiercely supportive of our school system and do whatever I can to create learning environments in which all students can learn and grow.
