School Counseling Program Mission Statement:

The Harrowgate Elementary School Counseling mission is to educate all students in academic, career, and personal/social development in collaborative partnership with parents/guardians, school personnel, and community members. The Harrowgate Elementary School Counseling Program will provide a safe, positive environment for students to build a foundation of life-long learning skills, good citizenship, respect for self and others, and enthusiasm for achieving their highest creative and academic potential.

Classroom Guidance Lessons:

Classroom Guidance is a developmental program of classes designed to foster students’ academic, career, and personal/social development. Lessons are preventative in nature and empower students with self-knowledge, coping strategies, and life skills that will assist them in becoming problem solvers, collaborative workers, and responsible citizens.
