Residents in the community and anticipated attendance zone for the new west area middle school are encouraged to vote today to help Chesterfield County Public Schools choose the façade for the school.
At its April meeting, the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors approved the Capital Improvement Program for the district. The west area middle school is identified in this program as “New MS – Upper Magnolia Green (360W).” This new facility will include design features from the existing Chesterfield County Public Schools middle school prototype and will accommodate 1,800 students. It is scheduled to open in 2025.
Residents can vote on their choice here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MYF383Q. Voting closes at 5 p.m. May 20.
