Meal Distribution Sites Update for July 1 – August 31, 2020

MONDAY, JULY 6, WILL NOT BE A SERVING DAY AS SCHOOLS AND OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED TO OBSERVE INDEPENDENCE DAY. THURSDAY, JULY 2, WE WILL SERVE FIVE DAYS’ MEALS, AND TUESDAY, JULY 7, WE WILL SERVE TWO DAYS’ MEALS.
WE WILL RESUME REGULAR SERVING DAYS THURSDAY, JULY 9.

UPDATE FOR MEAL DISTRIBUTION SITES JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2020: DUE TO THE USDA NOT EXTENDING THE WAIVER PAST JUNE 30, 2020, SNACK AND SUPPER WILL NO LONGER BE SERVED BEGINNING JULY 1.

To meet the needs of children during COVID-19 school closures, Chesterfield County Public Schools continue to provide meals for children for pick-up without charge and regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability and without discrimination. Meals will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis at the sites and times listed below.

Please note these important updates to the distribution of meals:

  • Children do not have to be present to pick up meals. To pick up meals without a child present, please tell the staff member your child’s first and last names and age.
  • On Monday, three days of meals will be provided; On Thursday, four days of meals will be provided for each child.
  • No meal service is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday.
