Prior to the adjournment of the April 14 business meeting which was previously noticed, the School Board will adjourn into closed session in accordance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act for the discussion and consideration of employee matters and for consultation with legal counsel.
After exiting the closed session, the School Board will enter into Open Session for the purposes of certifying the closed session, voting on matters discussed in closed session, and adjourning the business meeting. There will be no discussion of other public matters after the Board adjourns into closed session.
