The Chesterfield County School Board will hold budget work sessions at 4 p.m. on Jan. 25, Feb. 1, Feb. 8, and Feb. 16. All budget work sessions will be held in the County Public Meeting Room, 10001 Iron Bridge Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832.*
The Chesterfield County School Board will hold town halls throughout the budget process. All budget town halls will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held at the following locations:
The Chesterfield County School Board will hold public hearings on the Superintendent’s FY2023 operating budget and the FY2023-27 Capital Improvement Plan at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 8 in the County Public Meeting Room, 10001 Iron Bridge Rd., Chesterfield, VA 23832. The public hearings will take place prior to the start of the School Board’s regularly-scheduled business meeting (to be noticed separately).

Due to the COVID-19 occupancy limits of the Public Meeting Room and in keeping with safety protocols established by county officials, seating for both meetings will be limited; however, citizens wishing to attend the meetings in person may do so on a first-come, first-served basis.
Citizens are encouraged to wear a face covering while inside the building. Reservations will not be accepted, and citizens are not guaranteed admission. The budget work sessions and public hearings will be broadcast via live stream at http://chesterfieldschoolsva.swagit.com/live/ and via television on Comcast Channel 98 and Verizon Channel 28.
