Biography:

Mr. Rodney earned his undergraduate degree in Secondary Social Studies Education at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Averett University and his Post-Master’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Biography:

Mrs. Judge-Harden joined Chesterfield County Public Schools in May of 2005, as a substitute teacher at Providence Middle School. As a career switcher, in August of 2005, she started as a special education teacher under a 3 year provisional teaching license. In August of 2008, she received her 5 year teaching license. As of May 2015, Mrs. Judge-Harden earned a M. Ed. in Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Richmond. She is the 2017 Teacher of the Year for Providence Middle School.

Biography:

Beth Morris is a graduate of Radford University (BA), University of New Hampshire (MA) and currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies certificate program at University of Richmond. Prior to coming to Providence, Ms. Morris was an English teacher for 17 years, first at James River and then at Midlothian High School. She is a Project Based Learning Coach and works with JTCC to support CCPS Dual Enrollment programs.

LeKiesha (Kiesha) White is a graduate of Saint Augustine’s University (BS) and a recent 2019 graduate from the University of Richmond’s Educational Leadership & Policy Studies Master’s Program. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to coming to Providence, Ms. White taught numerous Biology for 5 years at Meadowbrook High School and served as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Clover Hill High School.
