Bus Routes

Mission of the Department of Pupil Transportation

The mission of the Pupil Transportation Department is to transport students as safely, efficiently and cordially as possible. By doing so, the student arrives in a better frame of mind to learn and arrives home with a more positive attitude about the day.

To the extent possible due to safety concerns, bus stops are established to ensure that no elementary student must walk farther than approximately 0.3 of a mile and that middle school and high school students walk no farther than approximately 0.5 of a mile to the bus stop location.

Students are required to board and leave the bus at their assigned bus stop. It is especially important that students arrive at least 5 minutes before the time listed and 10 minutes earlier during the first week of school. Stops and times can be found on the My Stop app.

The transportation department reserves the right to revise or change bus stops. All students who are affected by any changes will be notified in writing.

Find bus routes and stops by using the Versatrans e-Link system, known as “e-Link”.

Versatrans e-LINK is your connection to Chesterfield County Schools student transportation schedules.  and also provides a quick, easy way to verify which school your child will attend. The school district no longer publishes bus schedules in local newspapers or on the Web; E-LINK is where you find that information.

Directions:

  • Enter your child’s CCPS student ID number (If your student doesn’t know the number, it may found on ParentVue, a report card, or obtained by visiting your child’s school with the proper identification. If the primary contact phone number is the same for all of your children, you may access all of your children’s busing information from from one log-in.)
  • Enter Date Of Birth for your child (no spaces/dashes). Ex: A DOB of 04/15/2019 would be entered as 04152019.
  • Early release days: e-LINK does not provide separate transportation schedules on early release school days.
  • Once logged into e-Link, you will notice that the family identification number is first contact phone number you have given the school.

Please contact your student’s school if the address and contact information that appears in e-Link is incorrect.  All routing and bus stop information is based on the address your school has in Synergy.
