Students will not be allowed to try out without submitting these forms. A current physical must be dated after May 1, 2022 (A physical dated after May 1, 2022 is good for the entire 2022- 2023 school year). Both forms can be found through this link and submitted here.

  • How can I find out about tryout dates, game schedules, cancellations, etc.?

Principal Thompson’s weekly Timberwolf Tip Sheet will contain up to date information about upcoming tryouts, game times, etc. You may also contact the coach or Activities Director with specific questions about information once the seasons start.

  • What is expected of student athletes after joining an athletic program?
