Winter Break curbside meals distribution schedule

To best serve families during the upcoming Winter Break, Chesterfield County Public Schools’ Food and Nutrition Services tea, has created the below curbside pickup schedule. 

Curbside pickup is available on these days:

  • Dec. 21: Distributing two days’ worth of meals
  • Dec. 23: Distributing five days’ worth of meals
  • Dec. 28: Distributing two days’ worth of meals
  • Dec. 30: Distributing six days’ worth of meals

Curbside pickup is available at these schools from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.:

  • Bensley Elementary  (Located at 6600 Strathmore Rd.)
  • Crenshaw Elementary (Located at 11901 Bailey Bridge Rd.)
  • Crestwood Elementary (Located at the shared Bon Air campus at 8701 Polk St.)
  • Davis Elementary (Located at 415 S Providence Rd.)
  • Hening Elementary (Located at 5230 Chicora Dr.)
  • Hopkins Elementary (Located at 6000 Hopkins Rd.)
  • Providence Elementary (Located at 11001 W Providence Rd.)
  • Davis Middle (Located at 601 Corvus Ct.)
  • Manchester Middle (Located at 7401 Hull Street Rd.)
  • Cosby High (Located at 14300 Fox Club Pkwy.)
  • CTC@Hull (Located at 13900 Hull Street Rd.)
  • Thomas Dale High (Located at 3626 W. Hundred Rd.)
  • Matoaca High (Located at 17700 Longhouse Ln.)

All Chesterfield County youth ages 18 and under, regardless of household income, are eligible to receive free school meals through June 18, 2021. Free meals for children ages 18 and under will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: Regular curbside service will resume after winter break on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021.

Regular Meals Service Information

Please note these important updates to the distribution of FREE meals:

  • Meal distribution will occur on Mondays, Wednesdays and
  • Children do not have to be present to pick up free meals. To pick up meals without a child present, please tell the staff member your child’s first and last names and
  • Each pickup day, a child will receive the current and following day’s meals. On Fridays, distribution will include meals for Friday, Saturday and Sunday for each
  • Dinner is included at select sites in accordance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s recent extension.

In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.

Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits. Individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing or have speech disabilities may contact USDA through the Federal Relay Service at (800) 877-8339. Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
