At Weaver we use an integrated curriculum in Spanish where our students not only learn Spanish vocabulary but they have the opportunity to explore and learn about other cultures and traditions.

The acquisition of a second language is essential for a child’s greater cognitive development and creativity. The Spanish program at Weaver is just the beginning of an amazing journey and a great opportunity to start the acquisition of another language. Students will use a great variety of activities, such as music, videos, technology, interactive games, and other language acquisition applications.

Participation is a key element in learning a language. Please encourage your students to participate in my classroom. Making MISTAKES is a big part of learning!
